Having the dough already portioned and ready to shape took all the guesswork out of my pizza night, and it baked up just as reliably as my Baking Steel promised. The texture was forgiving enough for a first-timer to stretch without tearing.

The dough comes out of the pack already at the right temperature to stretch, which saved me a good fifteen minutes of waiting around. It baked up with a nice, crisp crust on my steel, exactly the consistency I was hoping for. This is my new go-to for weeknight pizza.

I was skeptical about pre-made dough, but this pack made my pizza night so much smoother. It was pliable straight out of the fridge and worked perfectly with my steel.
