ตะแกรงระบายความร้อน Baking Steel Bracelet (5 ชิ้น)

The bracelets sit perfectly under my loaf pans and handle the 450°F oven without a hint of warping. I can slide the whole rack out with one hand, which beats juggling hot tins any day.

My second batch of sourdough came out with a perfectly crisp bottom crust, and these bracelets held up through all 550°F without a hint of warping. The five-pack means I never have to wait for one to cool down between loaves.

I was skeptical about the 550°F heat rating, but I've used these bracelets straight out of a hot Dutch oven and they didn't warp or leave any marks. The set of five is perfect for loaf after loaf, and they're surprisingly easy to wipe clean.
