Uuni 2 Custom Steel – der beste Pizzastein

The first pizza I pulled off this steel had a crust so crackly I actually heard it snap before I even took a bite, and the bottom was perfectly leopard-spotted. It holds heat like a champ, even after sliding in three pies back-to-back.

Waited two weeks for delivery and it was worth it—the steel's custom fit sits perfectly in my oven and holds heat like a champ. First batch of pizzas came out with a blistered crust that rivaled my local spot. This thing's a tank, and it's not going anywhere.

Cranked my oven to 500°F, let the steel preheat for a good hour, and my homemade pies came out with a blistered, charred crust that honestly rivals a wood-fired oven. It holds heat way better than my old stone ever did, and cleanup is just a quick wipe.
