Baking Steel čisticí cihly

My steel has been caked with burnt cheese for months and I thought it was ruined—these bricks took it off in under five minutes without any harsh chemicals. Even the corner edges are worn just right for scraping into tight spots.

The texture is just right—firm enough to scrub off burnt residue but soft enough that I’m not worried about scratching the surface. Took me about ten minutes to get my steel looking brand new again, and it’s still holding its shape after several uses.

I was skeptical a chunk of pumice could replace my chemical cleaner, but it stripped the baked-on grease off my steel in about five minutes flat. The brick holds its shape well and hasn't crumbled or worn down unevenly yet.
